This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Get Outside and Play USA (“Licensor”) and the individual or business purchasing or downloading digital photographs (“Licensee”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any photograph from this website, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:
1. Allowed Uses
Personal Use:
- Social media posts
- Personal prints
- Phone wallpapers
- Desktop backgrounds
Influencer & Content Creator Use:
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube posts
- Website or blog graphics
- Promotional content for personal brand
- Thumbnails, reels, stories
Commercial Use (Basic):
- Website graphics for your business
- Marketing graphics
- Social media ads
- Paid promotions
- Travel blogs
- Business social media posts
2. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or give away the photos
- Claim the photography as their own
- Upload the images to stock libraries
- Use the photos on products for resale unless an extended license is purchased
- Use photos in harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
- Sell prints or digital versions of the image itself
3. Modifications
Allowed modifications:
- Crop
- Resize
- Color edit
- Add text overlays

Not allowed:
- Remove watermarks from preview images

4. Intellectual Property

- Film or high‑budget advertising
- Template or app resale
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Licensor is not responsible for:
- Copyright infringement caused by misuse
- Loss of files after download
- Misinterpretation of permitted uses
8. Acceptance
