By purchasing, downloading, or using any photograph from this website, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:
1. Allowed Uses
Personal Use:

Influencer & Content Creator Use:
- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube posts
- Website or blog graphics
- Promotional content for personal brand
- Thumbnails, reels, stories
Commercial Use (Basic):
- Website graphics for your business
- Marketing graphics
- Social media ads
- Paid promotions
- Travel blogs
- Business social media posts
2. Prohibited Uses
The Licensee may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or give away the photos
- Claim the photography as their own
- Upload the images to stock libraries
- Use the photos on products for resale unless an extended license is purchased
- Use photos in harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
- Sell prints or digital versions of the image itself
3. Modifications
Allowed modifications:
- Crop
- Resize
- Color edit
- Add text overlays
- Use images in templates
Not allowed:
- Remove watermarks from preview images
- Use images for AI training or derivative AI generation
4. Intellectual Property
All copyrights remain with Get Outside and Play USA.
This Agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
5. Extended Commercial License
Licensee must purchase an Extended Commercial License for:
- Merchandise
- Printed products
- Book covers
- Film or high‑budget advertising
- Template or app resale
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of the product.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Licensor is not responsible for:
- Copyright infringement caused by misuse
- Loss of files after download
- Misinterpretation of permitted uses
8. Acceptance
By downloading or using any digital photo, the Licensee confirms they have read and agree to this Agreement.
